The Committee of Creditors (CoC) needs the professional services of Process Advisors, who can provide professional guidance regarding formulation of eligibility criteria for prospective resolution applicants and design appropriate evaluation matrix so that the most appropriate Resolution Applicants get shortlisted so as to not only maximize the value for all the stakeholders but also select the right Resolution Applicants, who are able to run the Corporate Debtor in an efficient manner after the acquisition. Process advisor plays an extremely important role in finding a balance amongst Creditors of Committee (CoC), resolution professional and investor. Amongst many things, Process advisor negotiates on behalf of lenders for best possible recovery, provides assistance to lenders in taking an informed decision.
