Conducts site visits to identify locations and assets.
Compiles an inventory, records assets through videos and pictures, and presents findings to the Committee of Creditors.
Deploys security personnel to safeguard assets and prevent unauthorized removal.
Oversees Corporate Debtor operations to maintain it as a going concern.
Appoints professionals like Registered Valuers, Auditors, and experts for specific tasks.
Coordinates with various professionals, experts, and the Committee of Creditors.
Prepares and updates Information Memorandums and manages the process of inviting Resolution Plans.
